AIf you are unable to use your car because the doors of your vehicle break down, your key is lost or your vehicle is stolen, we direct a relevant person to your location and we cover his/her transportation and workmanship fee.

If the key is lost, the vehicle will be towed directly to the nearest contract service shop. If the key is left in the vehicle, the Roadside Assistance will be provided. If the key cannot be obtained after the roadside service is provided, the service cost of the tow truck will be borne by the Insured.

If you are unexpectedly unable to use at least one of your tires, we send a team to your location and ensure that the tire of your vehicle is changed.

If your vehicle does not have a spare tire or if your tire cannot be repaired, we tow your vehicle to the nearest authorized service shop. However, all parts and tire costs will be covered by the Insured.

In case your vehicle cannot be repaired on the same day as a result of an accident that may happen to you while you are out of the city, we provide economic class replacement car service so that you can continue your journey.

This service will be provided once per policy until your destination and not exceeding 24 hours.
